The main limitation of HubSpot CRM is that some features have HubSpot branding until you upgrade to a paid plan. Additionally, you can only store up to five sales documents and email templates per account on the free program.

2. Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is another free CRM solution that offers many features for small businesses. It offers integrations with popular apps like Gmail and Office 365, allowing up to three users and 5GB of storage on the free plan. It also integrates with Zoho's other products for email marketing, accounting, project management, etc.

Some of the limitations of the free plan are:

Features such as telephony, sales forecasting and advanced analytics are not available on the free plan.

It also offers integrations with popular apps like Gmail and Office 365, providing 5GB of storage on the free plan.

Some of the limitations of the free plan are 1,000 emails per month and 12 web forms. The free program does not offer features such as telephony, sales intelligence, and advanced reporting.
