Both. We offer on-demand support for urgent issues or ad-hoc requests, and ongoing managed tech support on retainer for businesses that want a consistent tech partner in their corner every month. Yes. Techity works with clients across Canada and the United States. All services are available remotely, during our regular business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST, Monday - Friday.
